FIT MOTION
Cre8tive Fitness FIT Motion sessions incorporate everything our location has to offer including benches, stairs, hills, courts, and track in addition to great equipment like weighted bars, Ybells, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, and power bags to name a few. ​Our sessions follow a new progressive full-body combination strength and cardio format every term so you can move well, perfect technique, and know that you’re being progressively challenged. These sessions are so much fun, with a great group of supportive Ladies where laughter really is a MUST.​ Sessions are designed to ensure everyone can get a great workout no matter their fitness experience level and/or life stage.

FIT PUNCH
The Cre8tive Fitness FIT Punch sessions are a fun, interactive way to get a high intensity upper body and core workout, which aims to increase muscle definition, improve your strength and speed whilst learning new combinations.
This session will be a mix of cardio and conditioning drills combined with partner pad work.​You will be guided through each session by a qualified Boxing for Fitness coach to assist you to master great technique, keep you safe and ensure you get a great workout. ​Get ready to sweat!

FIT ALIGN
FIT Align aka Fundamental Mat Pilates is a body weight, body conditioning program designed to teach efficient movement patterns and provide general wellbeing using controlled exercises and deliberate breathing patterns performed on a mat.
Sessions focus on core stability and postural alignment including some gentle mobility and flexibility hosted by a fundamental mat Pilates certified trainer.
FIT Align sessions are gentle, low impact and perfect for all fitness levels, beginners and those with injuries through to more advanced individuals to support current programming.
