WHAT DO I NEED TOÂ BRING TO MY SESSIONS?
Please bring your water bottle and a large towel to every session along with any personal necessities such as inhalers and Epipens. Cre8tive Fitness has general toiletries, first aid and conveniences including hair ties, deodorant etc. available at every session should you need anything else.

Boxing Sessions
For hygiene and safety reasons boxing equipment requirements have changed.
If you are borrowing Cre8tive Fitness supplied boxing gloves and/or focus pads you will need to have your own white cotton inners (available for $1.50 cleaning section at Coles) AND quick wraps (available for under $20 from Rebel Sport).
If you are bringing your own boxing gloves and focus pads to sessions, it's highly recommended you have your own quick wraps as well (available for under $20 from Rebel Sport) for safety purposes.
WHERE ARE SESSIONS LOCATED?
Our sessions run out of one main location in Coldstream.

Coldstream Location: Coldstream Primary School, Kelso St Coldstream

Sessions are held at a large undercover mini athletics track year round and in the summer months other areas of the school including courts, oval and play areas are also utilised for sessions.

There is plenty of parking available at the front of the school off Kelso St. You can walk straight up from the car park, past the basketball courts and you'll see stairs up to the undercover area, alternatively you can take the path past the basketball court towards reception, go past reception and turn left and you'll see this area.
ARE THERE TOILET FACILITIES?
The Coldstream Primary School toilets are not open/available for sessions, however, we do have access to the Margaret Lewis Oval Club house toilets located just at the back of the school for when needed, please ask your trainer for the key to access.
Those who don't live in Coldstream, there are also public toilets located at the main oval in Coldstream, Halley Supple Reserve if you'd prefer to utilise on the way to your session.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN / BABYÂ TO SESSIONS?
We love to see children at sessions, if your baby is in a pram or your little ones are old enough / happy to sit and play away from the workout area it's safe to bring them along under your supervision.Â
Our Coldstream sessions are not deemed or advertised as child friendly except in the above situations, sessions are held outdoors in an open area and the sessions and equipment are not designed to be safe around children.
